Coaching Terms

Sessions & scheduling

• Each package includes the stated number of 60-minute coaching sessions, held on Google Meet.
• All sessions are scheduled up front during onboarding, on a cadence matched to your 30/60/90-day goals.
• Session credits expire twelve (12) months from purchase, and must remain scheduled — whenever a session is rescheduled, a new date is chosen in the same step.

Rescheduling & cancellations

• You may reschedule any session free of charge up to 24 hours before its start time.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours, and missed sessions (no-shows), use that session’s credit.
• Every rescheduled or canceled session is rebooked in the same step — a session is never left unscheduled.
• There’s no limit on rescheduling within your twelve-month credit window.

Payment & refunds

• Packages are paid in full at checkout via Stripe.
• All fees are non-refundable — including unused, unscheduled, or expired credits.

Tool recommendations & referral disclosure

Streamline’s approach is audit-first: tools are recommended only when your existing stack can’t cover the need. Kameela may earn a commission if you sign up for a recommended tool through a referral link. This never affects whether a tool is recommended, and every recommendation states this disclosure.

Notes & recordings

Sessions are recorded for your reference and shared in your client portal along with session notes and action items. Recordings and notes are private to you and Streamline.
